dsound^® USS4-LS

Our dsound^® USS4 airborne sound sensor is an intelligent sound sensor with a self developed algorith for signal processing and is used for autonomous detection, evaluation and recording of airborne sound in an industrial environment. It is preferably used in the field of quality inspection and for acoustic material and geometry testing.

The dsound^® USS5 airborne sound sensor is an universal sound sensor with regulation for RMS and peak value. The sensor ist used for precise monitoring of airborne noise in industrial environments. It is preferably used for acoustic noise and function testing as well as for process monitoring.

dsound^® USS5-GBD1

The dsound^® USS5-GBD1 is an airborne sound sensor specifically configured for acoustic glass breakage detection in filling and packaging lines. The sensor detects characteristic sounds generated when glass bottles or containers break and evaluates these signals directly within the sensor. When a glass breakage event is detected, a switching signal is generated, which can be used by the machine control system (PLC) to stop the filling line or initiate other appropriate actions.
